By designing your exhibition stands and expositions you get a picture of their final appearance. In cooperation with an experienced graphic designer, we strive to make your trade fair display a unique concept. Based on the client's request, the designer develops solutions that meet their requirements, budget and aspirations. The design of a trade fair stand is our basic tool for communicating with the client. We do not expect the client to imagine their trade show displays. We just show them. The design allows us to present to the Customer our vision of the trade fair stand - including all planned constructions - in a clear, transparent form, and on its basis we make any further changes or amendments. We design expositions in our office in Poznań.

This is the primary function that a good organizer performs. At this stage, we focus on problem solving and clarifying dates before, during and after the trade show event. With our many years of experience, we provide you with expert assistance and extensive knowledge in exhibition marketing.

While you are organizing your team and products to be presented at the fair, in our workshops, warehouses and graphic studio, located in Poznań, work is being done on the components of the entire fair stand construction. We excel at working under time pressure. We put the prepared elements in order, check them a few times and dispatch them from Poznań to the place where the stands will be assembled. Here, the pace of action can be even greater. At trade shows, technical teams work to assemble trade show booths often in shifts so that your trade show booth is ready on time.

The day before the opening of the fair we are at your full disposal, we will answer all your questions. We will teach you how to operate the equipment we provide and how to feel comfortable in your booth. This is the time during which you will arrange your expositions at the fair stand and get acquainted with the actual layout of the stand area. We will make sure that the day goes stress-free and smoothly.
